Commercial Enterprises

Practising what we preach

The Barony College estate supports three commercial activities, a farm, a fish farm and a franchised food processing unit. All are all integral to our teaching and training.

We maintain a diversity of enterprises and enrich the experience of students and trainees by involving them in practical activities, including physical performance monitoring. Our aim is to run each enterprise as efficiently as the best commercial producers in the industry.

Any financial surplus we make is reinvested in the development of our facilities to the benefit of future students and trainees.
