Course Details:

Our Deer Stalking Certificate Level 2 course is classed as a Distance Learning course.  Once you register with us, you will then receive your portfolio, guidance notes and accredited witness list.

To complete the level 2 certificate you are expected to demonstrate the whole process of culling a deer on at least 3 separate occasions by accredited witnesses.

You are free to choose any accredited witness on the list you will receive to complete your stalks.  If you choose one of the Barony College's accredited witnesses there is no guarantee that 3 deer will be shot but it is hoped that by working with qualified witnesses, the opportunities will exist.

Duration: Registration is valid for 3 years

Entry Requirements:

Evidence of a Level One pass is required. Participants must have and provide details of relevant insurance through their membership with BASC, Countryside Alliance or equivalent; personal cover is advisable when doing level 2.

Please Note:

Participants should be reasonably fit and in good health.Candidates are expected to know their diseases and gralloching before they undertake their Level 2.
